Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 10.5 ozpenne pasta (about 300 grams)
  • 3.5 ozcooked ham (about 100 grams)
  • 12.5 ozstracchino cheese (about 350 grams)
  • 1.75 ozchopped walnuts (about 50 grams)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. While it cooks, chop the cooked ham.

    Place the stracchino cheese and cooked ham in a pan. Melt the stracchino cheese, then turn off the heat.

    Drain the pasta and toss it with the stracchino mixture. Serve and sprinkle with the walnuts.
