Soak jaggery in hot water.

Now add ghee to wheat flour and mix.

Add jaggery water to knead the dough.

Take small portion roll and cut in desired shape.

Fry in hot oil on low flame very gently

As we put gurparas in oil - oil may start bubbling... don’t worry this is normal-*

Cool and keep in airtight container.
