Ingredients

1 cupghee
1 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
as neededMaida /wheat flour
Pinchsalt
1sp cardmom powder
Oil to fry

Steps

1

In a bowl add milk,sugar,ghee turn on heat and melt the sugar.
2

Cool it then add maida to it make soft dough cover and keep it aside for 15min.
3

Take out portion of dough and roll it thick and cut into small square shape or any other shape of ur choice.
4

Heat oil keep it medium to sim flame and fry to golden brown and mouth melting sankerpale is ready.
