Mix flour salt oil and add water to form a dough just like that of samosa.let rest for 15mins

Finely chopped your cabbage,grate your carrot and chopped your onions.

Add oil in a pan add your onions stir..add your carrot stir add spices and taste then add your cabbage...stir and cook for 5more mins.

Bring your dough and divide into 10 equal balls.

Take one ball and roll into very thin circles...do same with the others. NB:let all circles be equal

Take one rolled dough and spread the stuffings all over then cover with another rolled dough and spread the stuffings again.... continue till you did same for 5 rolled doughs.do same for the other 5.

Fold side of the dough and fold the other.

Turn its back and rolled gently do same to the front...it will flatten abit... bring your steamer pot and grease the top with oil,put your prepared recipe and steam it till it became transparent. NB:make sure it's well steamed to avoid raw dough in between.

Your recipe is ready divide into 2 for frying...add 2tsp of oil in your pan and fry it on both sides(like potato taco) then cut each into 2 making 3...in total of 12.
