2 tblspn flour
Vegetable oil

Peel ur yam,cut and wash it
2

Use ur grater and grate it
3

Add in ur seasonings, spices and eggs
4

Mix it very well until it's well mixed
5

Add in ur flour and mix again
6

U now scoop 1full tbl spn and start frying it in hot oil
7

Turn both side until brown
