For dough : Combine maida, onion seeds, oil or ghee and a pinch of salt. Mix....well. Add water as needed and knead a semi dough.

For stuffing : Heat Kadai add grated coconut. Stir it for few minutes. Add jaggery as needed. Cook till the jaggery dissolves. Add cardamom and raisins. Mix...properly and cook till the mixture is dry. Once it is done. Cool it and keep aside.

From the dough. Take a small ball. Roll it like a chappati. Put the coconut stuffing in the center of the chapati.

Collect all the edges at the center and press it and lock it with1 cloves. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.

Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is hot. Start frying the lobongo lotika in slow flame. Till it become light brown in color. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Make a dry sugar syrup. Dip the lobongo lotika in sugar syrup. Take out from the sugar syrup and keep aside.

Transfer to a serving dish. Ready to serve....
