#wazobia2 I was craving for dambu, while my steaming pot has a fault, this idea came to my mind & we really enjoyed it with the family, I can't see any difference btwn the steamed one & this one, try it out lovely cookpadians.

Steps

Mesh the rice in a grinding machine as shown, wash once & add a little amount of water

Allow it for 5mins to soak, set on flame & add vegetable oil & keep stirring until it turn brown.

Add the grated scotch bonnet & onions, keep frying.

Reduce the flame & add few drops of palm oil, (am not a fan of palm oil, but it gives it a nice aroma : taste) & allow it for about 10 mins.

Add up the chopped carrots, sliced onion & green beans, stir, & add the groundnut, stir.

Wash the moringa & add up, stir & add a little amount of hot water so that it becomes soft be careful when adding the water.

Serve & enjoy.
