2 tbspchilli powder
1 tbspcoriander powder
1 tbspturmeric powder
3 tbspcurd
as per tasteSalt
Handful coriander leaves

Cut the eggplant in roundshape.

Put above all ingredient in a bowl.

Now mix it with Eggplant.

Keep it for 10 minutes and then swallow fry.

Ready to serve with Rice or chapati.
