Green Chana Dal

Soak the dal for 18hrs. Strain the water and wash it well after that.

Dry it out on a towel for 10 mints

In a wok add oil. Heat it up. Now on a steel strainer add daal. And deep fry it till it becomes crisp or the sound goes off.

In between Grind all the spices add all the spices and mix it well.

Deep fry the corinader leaves and mix it well. Chana daal is ready to eat.
