Steps

Roast the besan for 5-10 minutes on slow flame or till the raw smell of besan vanishes.

Next when the smell is gone, add ghee and mix well and keep stirring it. No lumps should be formed.

When aromatic remove from flame, add cardamom powder mix well.
- 4
Allow it to cool completely. Then add the powder sugar and in a greased tin spread the mixture. Top it with the dry fruits. After little cooled cut in squares and serve it.
