Ingredients

4 servings

1medium white onion
1 tspcrushed garlic
1 tspcayenne pepper
2 tspthyme
1 Tbspdried parsley
4large skinless sausages (or 200g minced beef)
1/3 cupbreadcrumbs
2eggs (1 for the filling, 1 for the egg wash)

Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C and line your pan with parchment paper

Heat a pan with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and Sautee onions, garlic and spices until fragrant

Cut the sausages into small pieces and In a food processor mince them before transferring them to a bowl

Add sauteed onion mixture to the mince together with the crumbs and 1 egg. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture sticks together

Roll your puff pastry, fill it and fold. Cut into preferred sizes and brush with the egg wash

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden
