Ingredients

3-4 persons
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1 packetSawaiyan
  • 3-4Elachi
  • 1 cupWater
  • 3/4 cupSugar

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan, add Elachi.

  2. 2

    Add Sawaiyan and roast on low flame until golden brown. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and cook for 2 mins then add water and Cover the lid it cook on medium low flame until water dried out.
    Serve hot.
