Love kebabs this is super easy to make
Steps

Pluse onion in a blender set aside.

In a bowl, mix all the seasoning.

Put seasoning in with lamb.

Put in a blender and pulse to make the lamb look like a smooth paste.

Form into a tight loaf shape.

Place on foil and bake at 180°c (use a metal skewer through the middle of the loaf, to help the heat penetrate the meat) until the middle of the lamb loaf reaches 75°c.

Once cooked allow to rest for 15 mins then slice a thin as you can.

Heat pita slice open, add prepared coleslaw top with kebab then hot sauce, and enjoy.
