Cauliflower Cutlets are my most favourite one.It is very quick & healthy snack with very limited ingredients.
Steps

First grate cauliflower with help of grater.

Then take a non - stick pan & add 1 tsp oil in it & heat it.Now add paste of ginger, garlic & chilli to it

After that add turmeric powder,red chilli powder & salt to it & cook it by mixing them.

Now add finely grated cauliflower to it & mix it, until mixture becomes uniform.

Cook it by adding 3-4 tsp water in it,until it becomes somewhat soft & finally add finely chopped coriander leaves.

Transfer into bowl & cool it at room temperature & then add corn flour & rice flour to it & mix it & forms a dough.Now grease your hands & make balls of this mixture & flat them of desired shape & size.

Heat oil in non- stick pan & fry them from both sides until they become light brown on both sides at low medium flame.

Finally keep them on tissue paper after frying on both sides.

Cauliflower Cutlets is ready Serve with sauce.
