Ingredients

  • 2Onions
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 5Potatoes
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 4Chillies or as per your spicyness
  • FORSeasoning-
  • as requiredMustard, jeera, urad dal
  • few Curry Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes and cook it in the cooker for 4 whistles. mash it.

  2. 2

    Put a pan on the stove. Drizzle some oil add the seasoning ingredients one by one after spluttering add some curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add ginger,chillies and onion toss till pink color then add tomatoes. Put some salt in this stage to become mushy.

  4. 4

    Add some turmeric powder and pour little water to get a bright yellow colour. Boil for few mins. Add the mashed potatoes.

  5. 5

    Mix it gently till the masala become thick as per your eating nature. Garnish some coriander leaves and put off the stove.

  6. 6

    It's ready to serve ♥️
