Take a large bowl add maida,aanta,salt mangrail Ajwain, kasuri methi, oil mix it well now add little water make a soft dough, keep it aside for 10 min

Take a pan heat it add some oil, now add jeera, green chili, garlic cloves,hing saute for 30sec, now add red chilli powder,haldi powder saute for 10sec, now add frozen peas into it add salt and cover it for 5 min, let it cool, now grind it, little roughly

Take a little dough make a boll now stuff the green peas mixture in the dough, now make a ball and shape like a kachori,

Heat oil now fry it in low to medium flame till it turn golden and cryspy,it takes Al most 10 min to perfect cryspy and crunchy kachori recipe
