Veg Cheese Pancake

Add all the ingredients in the gram flour except cheese and water and mix well.

Now add water gradually and keep mixing for 2-3 minutes till there are no lumps in the batter. Make a batter that is not too thin not too thick. Cover and Keep aside the batter for 10 minutes.

Now, in a hot tawa apply 1/2 tsp oil and pour the batter and spread it.

Now let it cook from 1 side then flip and apply oil on the edges. Grate some cheese on the pancake and let the other side get cooked.

Take out the pancake and cut into pieces. Serve with green chutney and ketchup.

You can use vegetables of your choice.
