Steps

For first layer: whip the cream until soft peak appears then add crushed oreos in it and mix

For second layer: use leftover brownie or chocolate cupcake

For third layer : just whipped the cream and add drops of vanilla extract

For fourth layer: melt chocolate and add cream in it to make a ganache..

Remember ganache ratio is 2:1... 2 parts chocolate and 1 part cream

Assembling : In a serving glass first pipe oreo whipped cream then place brownies over it..

Then a thick layer of vanilla whipped cream..

Over it pour some ganache and then again a layer of oreo cream..

Top up with oreo or whip cream rossette..

Chiiled it in a refrigerator
