Just something I came up with on the spot.

I always buy the 3-pack yakisoba packages but I only use 2 of the powdered sauce packets. So I thought that there must be something I can use this extra sauce for and came up with this easy, crispy snack using tempura flour. Recipe by Pata mama

Make some tempura and then add powdered yakisoba sauce to the leftover tempura batter for flavor. You can also optionally add shrimp, etc.

Drop in rounded clumps of the batter in old tempura oil and deep-fry.

Optionally sprinkle with aonori seaweed and serve.
