Tropical Crispy Garlic Salad

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

One of my co-workers was really into the crispy garlic boom that was going on, and I got dragged into it too. I only occasionally have mangosteen at home, usually I don't have it, so sometimes I use something else.

Since the sauce is pretty sweet, it would probably go well with grapefruit or any other tart fruit.
You could also crush the crispy garlic if you want! Recipe by ihara2525
