Iron rich soup
Steps

Peel and roughly chop the tomatoes, beetroot and carrot.
Wash and chop spinach leaves too. - 2
Put them all in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon too and Add about 2 cups of water and let it boil for few minutes or give 2-3 whistles.

Once the pressure is released, remove the cinnamon stick. Now strain the excess water and reserve it as we will be using it.

Grind the cooked vegetables into a smooth puree.
Return the pureed veggies and reserved stock to the pressure cooker and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and cumin powder. Simmer for few more minutes. - 5
Serve the soup hot. Garnish with some Coriander leaves.

This is no oil, no butter soup. One can always add butter to it.
