It's a unique recipe. Mini samosas look n taste delicious. The charcoal effect raise the flavour to the next level. It's a very tasty n innovative idea for festive savoury items.
Steps

Cut paneer in cubes n put in grinder jar. Add mint leaves and Coriander leaves. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, black salt n kasuri methi.

Add cumin seeds powder, green chillies, amchur powder, garam masala n ginger garlic paste. Grind everything well.

Heat a charcoal n place it between the mixture. Add oil n let the smoke release. Cover n keep the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now take bread slices n trim the edges. Now roll it thin with a rolling pin. Then cut in triangle shape from each slice.

Apply water on one side, the side without corner. Hold n shape it triangle like samosa.

Put paneer filling in it n seal with water.

Make all the samosas like this. Deep fry them in hot oil and take them out on an absorbent paper.

Crispy mini samosas are ready.
