Ingredients

5 minutes
4 people
  • 2 bowlmilk powder
  • 1 bowlmilk
  • 2 tspghee
  • 2 tspsugar
  • As neededAlmonds for garnish

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee

  2. 2

    Add milk

  3. 3

    Now add milkpowder and stir continuously

  4. 4

    Add sugar

  5. 5

    When mixture will get thick switch off the gas

  6. 6

    Grease a mold

  7. 7

    Put the mixture in mold. Spread evenly

  8. 8

    Add almonds on burfi

  9. 9

    Let it set

  10. 10

    Cut pieces and serve
