Ingredients

  1. 5-6peeled potatoes cut into fingers
  2. salt as required
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  5. 2-3 pinchturmeric
  6. 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  7. 5 tbspBesan
  8. 5-6 tbspchilled water
  9. oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add besan and dry masalas and add water and form a paste not too thick nor thin then add fries shaped potatoes mix it with hands and freeze it for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil then fry potatoes... sprinkle some chaat masala serve it with ketchup and mayonnaise.
