  • 100 gmDark chocolate
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 tspCornflour
  • 2 tspCocoa powder
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupHeavy cream
  • 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  • As neededDairy milk for garnishing

    In a vessel add sugar, cornflour, cocoa powder,salt mix well

    Add milk & mix well

    On the stove cook the mixture till it become thick

    Now add chocolate & heavy cream mix well. Remove frm heat add vanilla essence stir.

    Pour in a bowl & garnish wth dairy milk crumbs. Refrigerate it.
