Carrot halwa with khoya ,but not mixed but in two layers.Have a look.
Steps

Heat a heavy bottomed vessel,add ghee.Add milk and carrot.Mix well and cook on low flame till carrot is soft.

Increase flame to medium,add sugar and milk powder.Cook till ghee separates.Stir occasionaly.

Put off flame and add kewra water.

Grease a tray/thali with ghee.Spread carrot mix on it in a thickness of 1".Put in fridge for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare khoya,for this mix milk,milkpowder,sugar and ghee in a pan.Cook on medium flame.

Stir contineously to avoid lumping.Cook till ghee separates.

Now carrot is set well,take out from fridge and put a layer of khoya over carrot layer.

Garnish with chopped nuts and put in fridge for 15 minutes tobe set.

Take out from fridge and cut into desired shapes.
