Wash and peel the Bottle Gourd, and grated.

Add grated bottle gourd, gramflour, green chooped cilli, salt, green coriander powder, mix well.

Heat oil in a pan make a Kofta shape and fry until golden brown.

Heat oil in a pan add garlic Ginger paste toasted, add chooped, onions, tomatoes paste, toast 5minutes, add spices, or Cashews paste and water... Cooked 10 mint Curry..and add fry koftas.

Serve garnish with green coriander of for KOFTA A ROGAN
