Tried my hands at a mughlai cuisine today.. Cauliflower Rezala. Do try it.
Steps

In a kadai add water and little salt. Boil the Cauliflower lightly. Do not over cook. Strain the water and keep the cauliflower aside

Making the paste - In a mixer add sesame seeds, poppy seeds and kaju grind dry. Later add little water and kismis and grind again in a smooth paste and keep aside

In a mixer add onion,ginger and green chillies and grind in a smooth paste

In a kadai add little ghee & oil. Fry the cauliflower cautiously without letting them turn brown. Keep aside

In a kadai add ghee & oil and temper with the garam masala ingredients with bay leaf. Then add ginger & onion paste and fry well.

Then add the kaju paste to the kadai and fry well

Later add some whisked curd and Kashmiri red chilli Powder.

Add some water to the kadai and boil for 2 mins

Add fried cauliflower once the paste comes to a boil. Then add 1 tsp ghee

Before turning off the gas add fresh cream and rose water

Cauliflower Rezala can be served with Naan or Parathas
