Steps

Cook yam with salt and sugar until soft. Drain and mash it up.

Put scotch bonnet and onions and mix. Add seasoning cube, curry and sardine and mix. Form into ball shape
3

Mix flour, chili flakes and little seasoning cube and mix. Put yam balls into it. Then dip in egg mixture and fry.
