Take boiled potatoes add salt+some bread crumbs and mix well.

Make a ball of potatoes mixture, flatten it put paneers dry fruit in the center and then pack it.

For the gravy:- Heat oil and butter

Add onion and garlic puree, cook it well.

Add Tomato puree cook it well.

Add all spices let it cook our gravy is ready.

Blanch palak in hot water,(grind with green chillies)

Make puree

Take half cooked gravy (which we have maked) then add palak puree.our green gravy is ready.

In a plate put orange gravy in half and green gravy in half.place kofta

Garnish and serve
