Ingredients

  • 1 tspFenugreek leaves, Ajwen (carom seeds)
  • Atta 2 1/2 cups, Salt, oil, water, 1 tbsp pounded ginger paste

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients and knead the dough

  2. 2

    Let the dough sit for 15 mins and then make balls and roll them out.. put on the pan and smear oil 1 tbsp on each side as you flip

  3. 3

    Its best eaten with cold plain yogurt
