Take a ktori add sprouts and water. Then wash it the sprouts.Now take a cooker on flame add water,sprouts, salt.

After that cover the cokker and wait for 3-4 whistles.Now take a kadai on medim flame add oil and cumin seeds.

Now add green chilli, onion, tomatoes and mix well. After that add all masala in it.

Mix the masala and after that add dal in it and mix well.Now sprouts daal is ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
