Take the boiled rice in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

Boil milk in a pan,add rice and sugar and let it boil 10min.

Now add cardamom powder, almonds, and red colour and boil it for another 5 minutes. Then serve hot or cold, garnished with almonds.
