I have prepared instant and healthy diet beans for our lunch by using less ingredients and made within minutes.

I have prepared instant and healthy diet beans for our lunch by using less ingredients and made within minutes.

Wash the beans and boil the beans by giving 5-6 whistles

Chopped tomato, green chilli and take all the spices
- 3
Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds, later add tomato and garlic paste saute for a minute or two
- 4
Then add all spices, except garam masala, after that boiled beans and cover the lid and cook them for around 5-7mins lastly add garam masala and coriander leaves

Beans are ready to serve enjoy them with Phulka, roti and rice
