First take kadhai to that add a tbsp of ghee.

To that add vermicelli (seviyan) and roast it for 4-5 mins until golden brown.

Now add 1/2 cup of water to the vermicelli when it looks roasted.

Cook it for 1-2 minutes and then add total 2 cups of milk.

Let the kheer cook for 15-20 mins until vermicelli is cooked.

After 20 mins check the kheer.If it looks that it has dried then you can add more 1/2 cup -1 cup of milk

Now add 1/2 cup sugar. Chop almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and put them in the kheer.

After adding sugar cook the kheer until it comes to a boil.

You can taste kheer and subtract and add more sugar.

Delicious kheer is ready. Garnish it with few strands of saffron (kesar) and raisins.
