Ingredients

10 minutes
1 person
  • 1 tbspDesi ghee/ghee
  • 1 tbspSemolina
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspAlmonds (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tbspPistachios (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tbspWalnut (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tbspCashews (roasted and crushed)
  • 2 tbspOats (roasted and crushed)
  • 2 tbspSugar (brown/white) or as per taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee and add semolina. Cook it until it starts to give aroma.

  2. 2

    Add milk and cook until it starts to boil.

  3. 3

    Roast all the dry fruits and oats. When get normal temperature crush them.

  4. 4

    Cook for 2 minutes and add sugar. Cook for more 5 minutes and it's done.

  5. 5

    Garnish with some more dry fruits.
