  1. 1 cupCooked pigeon pea dal
  2. 1small cup tamarind pulp
  3. 1tspoon black pepper
  4. 1tspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1 1/2tspoon coariander seeds
  6. 1tspoon pigeon pea dal
  7. 4/5dry red chilly
  8. 1tspoon salt
  9. 1tspoon jaggary
  10. 1/2Red chilly powder
  11. 1/2tspoon turmeric powder
  12. 2tbspoon oil
  13. leavesCurry

  15. 4/5garlic cloves

    Chop tamato, make tamarind pulp.in deep pan add chopped tomato, garlic cloves, tamarind pulp.put it on gas stove

    Dry roast coariander seeds, cumin seeds, pigeon pea dal,fry red chilli,curry leaves till aroma comes out.make fine powder.this is rasam powder

    Now put cooked dal in Deep pan,add Jaggary, Red chilly powder,salt, turmeric powder give one boil add rasam powder 2 tspoon.again Boil for five minutes.

    Heat tadaka pan add oil once heat add cumin seeds and curry leaves.pour it on rasam. Enjoy hot rasam with steamed rice and papad.
