2 cupsself-raising flour
2Eggs
1 1/2 cupmilk
1orange
1-2 tbspbutter
1 tspcinnamon (optional)
Sugar as desired
1 pinchsalt

Mix the dry ingredients together

Mix the wet ingredients together and slowly add to the dry and whisk

Cook on a pan. I do without oil.
