Pepper garlic rasam

Smash the pepper and garlic, add oil in the pan,fry the tomato and add tamarind water.

Boil it in medium flame,add turmeric powder and salt into it.smash the coriander leaves.

Put the coriander leaves in pan and pour in the bowl. Keep it aside. Add oil in the pan and put the mustard seed, cumin seeds and smashed pepper and garlic, curry leaves to fry well.

Pour the rasam in pan and mix all,pepper and garlic rasam ready to serve with hot rice.
