Ingredients

20-25 mins
4-6 people
  • 4 bowlsKhaman dhokla mixture
  • For tempering
  • As neededOil, mustard seeds and curry leaves green chillies
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • as requiredFresh coconut and Coriander for garnishing

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add tha khaman dhokla mixture and mix it don't add too much water just like idli mixture pouring consistency

  2. 2

    Place your steamer on stove steam it 20-25 mins you can steam in idli maker to make it fast allow them to cool down

  3. 3

    Take a kadai add some oil to it and add some mustard seeds green chillies,curry leaves then add sugar to it mix it very fast now add half cup of water

  4. 4

    Give it a nice boil till 5-8 mins

  5. 5

    Now place your dhokla in plate pour this tadka on it and serve with green chutney to it
