Heat a kadai add 1 tsp ghee n then jaggery n let it melt

After 5 mins add grated ginger and sugar(grind it in mixer)to the kadai

Cook it for more 5 mins till you get too see a shining texture,later on add peanuts

After its cool down..Cut into pieces

Enjoy delicious n crunchy chikki
