50 gchopped almonds
1 tbsppeanut butter
160 gpowdered sugar
1 tbspcinnamon
30 mlwater
flour

Preheat oven to 130°C

Combine chopped nuts, 100g powdered sugar and water in a bowl

Add peanut butter. Add a reasonable amount of flour (half to 1 cup). Add milk until you get a good cookie consistency. Put dough into the fridge.

Froth up aquafaba until it becomes like beaten egg white. Add 60g of powdered sugar and froth up again.

Cut out the cookies with a star-shaped cookie cutter. Add sugar cream on top and bake for 10mins at 130°C.
