Roast makhana is a pan or kadhai till they get crunchy in a slow flame for 4 to 5 mins.

Add all spices to the curd and mix well.

Add makhana to the curd and mix well.Also add green chilli and mint leaves and mix well.

Mix all the ingredients and serve these raita with paratha or puri or rice.
