In a pan add 2 tbsp curd then add all the dry species and 1 tsp wheat flour.and little lemon juice and dry kasuri methi.mix it well.then add big cubes paneer.mix it well.now take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil saute the marriante paneer for few min..after then remove in a plate..dont over cook.otherwise peices aur broken

Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil.then add chopponion saute for a while till it transculent then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes out..then add tomatoes cook till it relase oil..then add curd mix..mix it properly the gas should be on low flame while adding the curd..contiusously stirring..then add 3-5 tbsp water.cook for 5 min then add dry fenugreek leave mix it then add marriante paneer..and over main I gred onion shell.cook for only 5 min cover.it dont over cook..

Like this..after our sabzi is ready pour fresh cream 1 tsp its optional

On the other hand we make one more marrinate for our gravy take a curd add dry species mix it well..like this for the gravy

Now ready to serves with your fav bread,rice,kulcha
