Crush tuvar in crusher.

Grind coarsely coriander leaves, ginger, garlic &chillies.

Add besan to buttermilk & mix.

Heat oil in pan, add cumin when splutter add asafoetida, now add crushed tuvar, saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now add coriander mixture, salt & saute for 2 minutes.

Add buttermilk mixture & stir, give 1 boil. Add green garlic & cook for 2 minutes. Serve with bajra roti, rice or khichadi.
