Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk. Let it boils.

Add 1/2 tsp Alum powder. Milk will curdle. Stir it continuously.

Once water reduce add sugar and cardamom powder. Add one spoon Ghee. Add one tblspn caramelized sugar. Grease the mould.

Spread it evenly. Sprinkle with some chopped nuts. Let it sit for minimum of 8 hours.
