Boil the nano soya according to the instructions in the cover and marinate it with salt masalas and ginger garlic paste, besan, and rice flour. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the nano soyas in batches.

Heat the remaining oil and fry the slitted green chillies and add it on top of the soya. Yummy chilli soya is ready to be served.
