For baisan mixture: ak cup baisan mein adha cup pani dalen sth half tbsp crushed zeera and sabut dhania or lal kuti mirchen dalen or sath 1 pinch zardy ka rang. or batter bana lein na ziada thick na ziada thin....

Phr sab se pehly oil garam krne rakh dein or pehly ak palak ka pata lein us pe sab se pehly alu ki layer lagaen phr dobara pata lagaen us pe temator ki layer or sath alu ki layer laga kar uper ak or palak ka pata laga lein or sath baisan waly batter mein dip kar kay achi tarha..oil mein low flame par fry krlen sath imli ki chutney serve karein.....
