Take some mushroom and wash it neatly and cut it. Take 10 cashew nuts soak it in water for about half and hour. Now blanch three tomatoes, take a pot add little water add the tomatoes cook till the tomato skin is peeling off turn the stove cool the tomato, grind them.

Now take a kadai, Grease some oil, now add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, garlic Gringer paste, green chilli, chopped onion, mix well.

Now add the tomato paste, turmericPowder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped cashew nuts, salt as per taste, mix it well, Now add fresh mushroom that have been cut up, add 1 cup of water keep the flame on medium cook it for 10 min in medium flip cook for 15 min add garam masala powder, garnish this with coriander leave. The mushroom curry is ready.
