Take a mixing plate, add all the ingredients and add water gradually to make a soft dough.

Take a rolling board, place a plastic sheet. Now take a ball size dough, gently press the dough ball and start spreading with the help of your hands. Make holes in between so that it cooks evenly.

Now heat a non-stick griddle and spread oil. Remove the Thalipeeth carefully from plastic and place is on a griddle. Let it cook on both sides until golden.

Serve Thalipeeth with curd or chutney.
